How can I have sex on the beach without people knowing?

My boyfriend and I want to have sex on the beach but how do we hide it so we don't go to jail nude? We know you could obviously put a blanket over you but what if the blanket comes off and it's hard to have good sex if you're worried about the blanket falling off the whole time. Have any ideas?

go when it's at night. try in the water or a tent
